YC’s Concierge Team is here to assist you and your guests with your upcoming summer visits. Our goal is to provide exceptional service in planning and organizing your trip to Yellowstone Club. Whether it be airport transportation, rental car needs, dining opportunities or events, we are here to help. We are also happy to assist you with guest registration and on-property resources. Guest Registration & Policies

Guest Registration Information
All guests (including accompanied guests and house guests) must be registered with Concierge at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Members must pre-register their visit with Concierge via the Member Website. Members are permitted to host up to 10 guests using amenities per day per membership. Each membership is granted 140 guest days per season and each guest may have 8 guest days per season, across all memberships. Members may designate 2 accompanied guests to have up to 16 guest days per season. These 2 named guests cannot change during the season. Unaccompanied guests are not permitted to use Club amenities and will be considered house guests only. Unaccompanied houseguests are strictly limited to using the roadways and hosting Member home. House guests are permitted access to Yellowstone Club property (to the member home only) at any time registered through Concierge but may not use Club amenities. Club amenities include but are not limited to skiing, golf, hiking/biking trails, outdoor activities, the Health and Wellness Center, Camphouse, restaurants, and lodges/Club facilities etc. No fees will apply for unaccompanied house guests. House guest days are not counted toward the 140 guest limit per season.


Guest Policies
• Guests must be registered at least 24 hours in advance with Concierge.
• The Club reserves the right to require identification of each Guest upon entry to the Club and when using Club facilities.
• A Membership may have up to 140 Guest days total per season.
• A Guest may have 8 guest days per season across Memberships.
• A membership may designate 2 Guests that are allowed 16 Guest days per season (vertical family fiancé or significant other, non-vertical family member, etc.) Designation should be made with Concierge prior to the season.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their Guests at all times while at YC.
• On a case-by-case basis, and based on limited impact to the Club, we will consider unaccompanied Guest(s) requests only during the dates noted in the Low Winter Season Guest Policy (full Guest policy is listed on page 70). Please contact Concierge for approval.
• House Guests are allowed and do not count toward Guest day totals.
• House Guests may be accompanied or unaccompanied and are limited to the Member’s home and roadways to and from the home. No use of Club amenities is allowed for house Guests.



Peak Winter Season Guest Policy (Winter 2023 - 2024)

  • Peak Season dates noted as red in the calendar.
  • Primary Member, Spouse or Vertical Member must be in residence at YC.
  • Limit of 6 accompanied Guests per day per Membership.

Regular Winter Season Guest Policy (Winter 2023 - 2024)

  • Regular Season dates noted as yellow in the calendar.
  • Primary Member, Spouse or Vertical Member must be in residence at YC.
  • Limit of 10 accompanied Guests per day per Membership.


Low Winter Season Guest Policy (Winter 2023 - 2024)

  • Low Season dates noted as green in the calendar.
  • In consideration of larger group requests, we will allow Members to have up to 20 accompanied Guests per day per Membership (and counts as part of the 140 Guest days per season per Membership).
  • Requests for larger groups are to be sent to Concierge and will be forwarded to Club General Manager/COO and SVP of Operations. Approval is based on Club occupancy for the dates requested, at the time the request is made.
  • The Primary Member or Spouse must be in residence at YC for larger groups.

Car Rental Requests

Please complete the form below to request a rental car from our third party vendor, Hertz.

Jack Creek Road Pass Requests

Jack Creek Road is a private road owned and operated by Moonlight Basin. The road requires a gate code and takes you to the small town of Ennis, Montana. Please complete the form below to request a pass and receive the gate code.

If you have recently traveled this road and believe we have all necessary information on file, please reach out to Concierge directly to request your pass.

The post office may send packages back if they do not include the PO Box /Suite and/or 9 digit zip code. PO Boxes are checked Monday-Friday.

No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries.

*If a package is arriving for a guest, please make sure that the member name is on the package so we can ensure it gets to the right person. If it is a rental, please note ‘rental guest’ with name.

*Please keep in mind, overnight deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive to YC the next day or by the time stated.
